Hey, my name is Rebecca, but we're all besties here so call me Becca! I'm is 27 and I am the founder of Becca's Day.
Becca's day was created in the wake of a devastating heartbreak. The kind of heartbreak you don't think you will ever be able to recover from, the kind that leaves you not wanting to leave your bed but also unable to sleep. I initially set up BD (Becca's Day) as a way to channel my energy into something positive. I also hoped if I said certain things aloud it might help them become true, speak my healing into existence.
Pretty quickly I started to get a following on my TikTok / Instagram and realised that there were so many of you also wanting to enter into healing and move on after heartbreak. Together we have created a beautiful community of nearly 100,000 people.
I feel like I was put on this earth to help empower people to step into healing and move on. I live by the phrase "Trust The Process" and even when it feels like something is falling apart, it's because something even more beautiful is going to come together.
I am honoured to be able to use my experiences to help and guide you through this time and begin this exciting journey that is to become the best, healed version of yourself.
